Do you offer group licenses? How do group licenses work?

A group license can be purchased for two or more users. It's very simple: Choose a plan and enter two or more users in the subscription form. We will send you a license key valid for the desired number of accounts. You can share this key with your colleagues to activate their accounts.

If you need to add more users, you can view or change the number of users at any time using the license dashboard (Settings > Account> Subscription).

You can also assign existing licenses to team members, revoke them when team members leave or stop working on the project, and re-assign the license to new team members.

We have teams of all sizes using Paperpile successfully. However, for bigger institutions it might be more beneficial to get a site license. Our team can help with deciding which type of license fits your needs best.
